Once you choose a listing, we confirm its availability with the owner, agree the terms (rent, utilities, deposit) and send you a written summary. Conditions such as the deposit amount, the minimum rental period, furnishings or whether pets are allowed vary from listing to listing – we always confirm them before you book, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Costa Adeje is the most comfortable base – newer complexes, beaches with premium facilities and quieter evenings. Los Cristianos offers the best everyday town life: a harbour, a promenade, shops and clinics all within walking distance – which makes it a favourite with people overwintering on the island. Most of our enquiries concern overwintering – stays of 1–3 months during the winter season, particularly popular with retirees and remote workers; the island offers over 20°C and full infrastructure at that time of year.
